Refund policy

At Isolated Vision, our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward refund and return policy.

  1. Returns We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

**WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS DEEMED "TOO BAGGY."**
Please refer to the on-body photos and size chart before purchasing. Some of our pieces are intentionally designed to drag on the floor — this is clearly shown in the photos.

2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at isolatedvisionapparel@gmail.com to request a return.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at isolatedvisionapparel@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or other considerations. Please contact us for clarification if needed.
